The Colusa County Partnership, a non-profit
corporation housed with the Colusa County One-Stop, offers business
loans to qualifying new and expanding businesses in the two incorporated
cities of Colusa and Williams and the unincorporated areas of
Colusa County.
Basic Qualifications:

The business must be
located within the jurisdiction's boundaries.

The business must create
or retain jobs for residents of the County.

The borrower must demonstrate
the ability to repay the loan from the operation of the business.

Must be a for-profit
business.

Loan amount - Up to $150,000.00
per loan

Fees - A loan packaging
fee of 1.5% of the total loan amount charged to the loan recipient

Equity will be required

Loan is neither assumable
nor assignable

Collateral will be required,
as well as personal guarantee

Interest rate - Loans
secured by real estate are fixed at West Coast Prime plus 1%.
Unsecured loans are fixed at Prime plus 2%.

Loans for purchase of
inventory can be up to 3 years; working capital loans can be
up to 5 years; purchase of equipment can be up to 7 years and
real estate up to 20 years.

In companion loans, positions
may be taken behind senior liens when the amount provided by
the participating bank exceeds the program loan amount.
